Sharing the owners’ two acres of stunning gardens affording glorious views, they sit 500 yards from a farm shop located at the end of the drive. Robertsbridge, dating from 1176 and set only 0.25 mile distant, offers good village amenities including a bakers, general store, post office, an ancient and very well regarded inn, and a small railway station for trips to London (just over an hour away). Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Bodiam Castle (both N.T.), Great Dixter House and Gardens, Bewl Water, Battle Abbey and smuggling haunts of Hastings are just some of the delights within easy reach.

One bedroom. This delightful cosy little cottage comprises of an open plan sitting room with dining and modern fitted kitchen areas. Bathroom/WC with walk-in shower. Twin bedded bedroom.

Friendly owners, beautiful, quiet location. Cottage clean and comfortable, excellent standard of the refit. Many interesting places to visit in the area. Easy driving on the roads; rolling countryside. Nearby beaches litter free; few tourists.

This cottage is in an ideal location to visit the many National Trust Properties around the area, also within 12 miles of the South Coast. The peace and quiet of the site are wonderful for a relaxing break.
